The salons address is 923 West 78 Hwy, Villa Rica Ga 30180. It is right by Casa Sol Mexican Restaurant on Hwy 78 Villa Rica.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by using our booking website. Go to your stylist's page and click book now.
What if I am late to my appointment?
We want to ensure that you get the best service each and every time so you can look and feel your absolute best! We will do our best to work with you. However, there may be times that your service may need to be rescheduled for another day. If this is the case the cancelation fee does apply.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment online through your booking confirmation or call the salon at 770-462-1003. If it is within 24 hours of your appointment the cancelation fee does apply.
How quickly do you book up?
This depends upon the time of the year and day of the week. We are usually booked in advance and would recommend a minimum of two weeks to book a service. However, evening appointments tend to book further out than two weeks. Remember to plan ahead for important events and for the holiday season! And please do use the waitlist feature!
Do you have a waitlist?
Yes! If you don't see anything that works with your schedule available there is a waitlist through the booking site. Things happen and people have to cancel all the time. By getting on my waitlist you will be first priority when things do open up!
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. we kindly request a 24-hour minimum rescheduling notice. All no-show appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24-hours will be charged a cancelation fee. We do understand that life can get in the way of your day of beauty with us, so know that we will work with you if an exception to the policy seems appropriate.
There will be a strict 24hr cancellation policy for all guests. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24hrs notice from your original appointment time. This ensures we am able to offer this spot to another guest. If you do not cancel or reschedule within this time frame, you will be charged a rebooking fee of 50% of booked service cost. A credit card will need to be on file for booking all services. Clients who no call no show to an appointment will also be removed from our client list.
We do not offer refunds for any services. Thorough consultations are conducted at the start of the service to help prevent any miscommunication. If you have any issues with your service, please contact your stylist within 3 days of the original service so they can offer a solution. Complimentary corrections will not be granted to clients who have changed their mind about the original service they chose and/or if they have altered their hair by another salon or at home.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, arrangements may need to be made to your scheduled appointment. This ensures every guest is accommodated during the time frames they are paying for. If you feel you are going to be late, please contact us immediately. If a guest is unable to be accommodated due to tardiness, you will have to forfeit your appointment and you will be charged a rebooking fee of 50% of missed service.
During your consultation, we will discuss your hair history and goals for this appointment. It is the clients responsibility to be honest + upfront about their hair history and health conditions. Any issues caused by not disclaiming this information during the consultation is not our responsibility. Kindly note, pictures are a wonderful reference, but not everyone’s hair is the same. With this in mind, your hair may not always look exactly like your photo inspiration and it may take a couple of appointments to get you to your goal hair!
